Our gentle, lightweight serum is perfect for helping skin to recover from breakouts by calming inflammation and encouraging cell turnover. Formulated with Retinol, Niacinamide and White Mulberry Extract to help fade blemish marks and uneven skin tone while brightening skin.
Use post-breakout to help support skin in the blemish recovery phase of the spot lifecycle.

Retinol Recovery Serum Details

Retinol is an amazing ingredient for both clearing spots and helping skin to recover from breakouts. The Retinol helps to gently exfoliate and unclog pores to prevent spots from forming, and then works to fade uneven skin once a spot has reduced.

Niacinamide helps to calm inflammation and White Mulberry Extract helps to brighten and fade uneven tone.

5% Encapsulated Retinol / 0.05% Pure Retinol (Vitamin A) Helps skin to shed dull surface cells to improve texture and reduce pigmentation. It's rejuvenating properties help clear up blemishes & blackheads and prevent them from reforming, while fading the signs of breakouts


5% White Mulberry Extract This antioxidant rich plant extract helps to brighten and fade uneven skin tone to help skin recover from post-blemish marks


5% Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)Targets all stages of the spot lifecycle! Helps to normalise oil production, calm inflammation during breakouts, and hydrate and strengthen the skin barrier for skin recovery post-breakout

  • Apply a pea-sized amount to cleansed skin in the PM
  • Follow with night cream or moisturiser if desired
  • If new to using retinol, limit initial use to once or twice a week and gradually increase frequency depending on skins tolerance
  • Use an SPF as part of your AM routine

Tube, cap, & carton are all recyclable.
Snip the top of the tube part way to make sure you have the used all the product, rinse.

With the cap attached, place into your recycling bin.

Carton can be flattened and placed in your recycling bin.

A great recovery serum

I purchased this as I had a lot of red marks/blemishes on my face from previous breakouts. I've been using it for a few months now and I am really pleased with it. My skin is definitely brighter and I now have a more even skin tone. A tiny amount goes a long way and I've only been putting it on now and again when I remember but still seeing results. Like all other products I've tried from clear skin days it works well and is very good value for money.

Amazing product

I must say I'm really positively surprised how good this product is. It is so gentle to my skin, reduces all the redness and leaves the skin brighter and smooth. Love it!

i look more refreshed in the morning than usual.

This retinol recovery serum is best applied at nighttime, it is lightweight, non greasy and just soaks into the skin when applied. I have found that just a small pea sized amount is sufficient to cover my whole face. When i wake up in the morning i have noticed a slight difference in my skin, it is brighter and i look more refreshed in the morning than usual.

The serum does not have a strong fragrance, the smell is subtle but fresh. The tube is on the small side at 30ml but like i said you don't need a lot and the application recommendation is 2 to 3 times a week so for the price i think it's good value.

skin is clearer and brighter

I recently switched to this retinol after using the likes of ordinary and I wasn't expecting to see any difference in my skin, particularly as this is a lower level of retinol than I have been using, but I have been incredibly surprised! I feel like my skin is clearer and brighter and my texture has improved loads even at the lower level which I love, as I can use this serum without worrying about overdoing it with actives. I have combination skin, and find its hydrating enough without being heavy.
